Probably because of the use of platinum, lustered center links and most importantly, the absence of a black dial. Partly, I agree with them. However, I don’t need a tool watch act deskwork ofcourse. It was averaged to be the final luxury Submariner spin-off with its heaved numerals on the solid platinum or gold bezel, aesthetic megalopolis links and solid platinum dial. The dial actually stand-out in the shine sunlight, but might see a bit dull or grey-ish if you are located inside a creating with articial light.
